The Denver-based fast casual restaurant chain is quickly expanding east. Typically constructed within ten (10) weeks, TEEL is charged with effectively managing over 2 dozen subcontractors and Owner vendors to ensure an on-time opening. The Smashburger name refers to the chain’s process of smashing meat on the grill; meant to keep the juices seared in.
