Professional Experience
My passion is everything construction. There is a thrill in the execution of the process, that drives me. I love visualizing the end product and the collaborative nature of the work. After paying my way through college by painting concrete roofs in Florida, I was hooked. I started as a small GC Company after graduation. One of my first successful projects being a restaurant/ coffeehouse in a subterranean basement, in Historic Downtown WPB after being told it could not be done.
I relocated to the Washington DC Metro area in 1994 and started DMI Development Group. Which became an award-winning Residential Construction Company. I acquired clients throughout the US and Europe. After 18 successful years I retired from the residential business to become a Commercial Construction Manager, before finding my forever home at TEEL Construction.
