Her early years were spent climbing the ranks at a local general contractor, where she honed her skills and advanced to the role of Accounting Manager over a period of 14 years. Dana’s true passion was discovered in her next role as the Director of Project Accounting at one of the nation’s largest contractors. Here, she found joy in training, developing, and managing project accountants, shaping the future of the field. After a fulfilling stint as CFO for a smaller firm, which lasted seven years, Dana transitioned to TEEL Construction in 2023, seeking her “forever home”. This role has been a source of excitement and fulfillment, allowing Dana to implement changes and drive progress from day one.
