Women’s health medical offices around the DMV area that are typically expansions or build outs ranging from 3,000-4,500 sqft spaces and are completed within a 7–9-week schedule.

Typical scope of work includes the build out of a lobby, wellness center, nurses lab and exam rooms with full MEP systems, Advantia’s typical finishes and medical FF&E. Offices usually remain operational during the duration of the project. These projects are run and managed with the help of JLL as the client’s representative.
