Description: TEEL constructed this 135-seat bistro (IAD’s largest restaurant), converting what once was three retail spaces. Bistro Atelier opened by restauranteur, Hakan Ilhan, brings classic French cuisine to the airport, including savory and sweet crepes, and an all-day breakfast and brunch menu.
