After earning a degree in Architecture, Steve was employed by George Hyman Construction (now Clark Construction) as a Project Manager. Seven years after he went on to become President of SEKO Interior Development. In April 1989, Steve started Heidenberger Construction Inc. (HCI). HCI specialized in commercial office, hotel and retail interior construction. After thirty three years in the industry, Steve decided to end HCI’s daily operations and partnered with TEEL Construction. Steve is a Development Partner.
In addition, in October 2006, Steve founded CSI Construction Management, Inc. CSI represents owners and tenants during the construction process insuring that construction project schedules and budgets are maintained. Steve was President of both companies.
