This project involved the expansion of an existing Advantia Health office space in Arlington, VA, creating a larger and more efficient medical environment. The scope of work included the complete construction of new partitions, ceilings, and custom millwork to seamlessly integrate with the existing office layout. The expansion area received new finishes and lighting fixtures throughout, along with upgraded electrical and plumbing systems to support the new layout. Existing mechanical systems were modified and enhanced with new components to meet operational demands. The project also included the installation of new life safety systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and provide a secure environment for staff and patients.
