This project involved the renovation of approximately 3,280 SF of an existing 6th-floor office space, transforming it into a modern medical office for Friendship Heights Women’s Health Associates. The scope of work included demolition of existing furniture and fixtures, followed by the installation of partitions, ceilings, custom millwork, doors, frames, and hardware to create a functional and inviting medical environment. Additional work included glass and glazing, a new pass-through window, and upgraded finishes throughout the space. The project also involved updates to the sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems to meet the operational needs of the medical office.
