This project involved the complete tenant fit-out of an Aldi location in a mixed-use residential building in South Alexandria, VA. The unique setting required careful coordination to integrate the store’s operational needs with the building’s residential infrastructure. The scope of work included typical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, a complex refrigeration package, and the installation of custom shelving and checkout stations. Special attention was given to noise and vibration control to minimize disruption to residential tenants, ensuring the store operates efficiently within the shared space.
