This project involved the complete interior fit-out of a Blank Street Coffee location in Washington, DC, creating a modern and inviting café space. The scope of work included the installation of custom millwork, specialty lighting, and high-end finishes to reflect Blank Street’s sleek and minimalist design aesthetic. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades were completed to support the café’s operational needs, including a fully equipped barista station and back-of-house storage. Thoughtful design elements and precise execution resulted in a stylish and functional space, enhancing the customer experience.
