The Carr Workplaces renovation at Reston Town Center involved selective interior upgrades to the 5th floor of 1818 Library Street, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of key spaces. The project scope included a full renovation of public corridors and conference rooms, which featured new carpet, wall base, wall art, wallpaper, and updated systems furniture. The existing café was completely transformed, with demolition of all previous finishes and MEP systems. A new layout was introduced, complemented by custom millwork, solid surface countertops, and an upgraded coffee station. A/V systems and new MEP, sprinkler, and control systems were installed to modernize the space.
