This project involved the build-out of a 27,000 SF multi-level facility to serve as the new headquarters for Compass Coffee in Washington, DC. The space includes office areas, a state-of-the-art coffee roastery, and packaging facilities to support Compass Coffee’s production and distribution operations. The project also includes space for a future café, designed to provide a seamless connection between production and customer experience. The facility was designed to reflect Compass Coffee’s modern and industrial aesthetic, combining functionality with clean design. The result is a dynamic and efficient headquarters that supports both the operational and brand needs of Compass Coffee.
