This project involved the complete build-out of a Dave’s Hot Chicken location in Falls Church, VA, delivering a modern and high-energy dining space. The scope of work included the installation of a fully equipped kitchen, custom millwork, specialty lighting, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support efficient operations. A standout feature of the project is the custom graffiti art throughout the interior, adding a bold and urban edge that reflects Dave’s Hot Chicken’s signature style. The project was completed with zero punch list items, showcasing the precision and attention to detail that went into every aspect of the build.
