About Project
This project involved the complete interior build-out of a Kindercare early childhood learning center in the iconic Watergate complex. The space was designed to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners. The scope of work included the installation of classrooms and learning spaces with high-quality finishes, child-safe materials, and durable flooring. Extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades were required to meet the specific needs of an early childhood facility, including climate control, lighting, and safety systems. Careful coordination was essential to ensure the project met Kindercare’s operational standards while adhering to the building’s architectural guidelines. The result is a modern, functional learning space designed to support early childhood development and care.
