This design-build project involved the complete fit-out of a 10,153 SF detox facility, transforming the space into a fully functional and modern treatment center. The scope of work included a brand-new layout featuring multiple resident rooms, conference areas, a dining area, and administrative offices to support both patient care and operational efficiency. Mechanical upgrades included sprinkler modifications and duct modifications to accommodate the new layout, along with the installation of new electrical devices and lighting fixtures throughout the facility. The project was designed and executed to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
