Café Du Parc

Located within the historic Willard Intercontinental Hotel, this project involved the complete demo, redesign/ renovation and build back of the Cafe Du Parc lounge and kitchen.

TEEL completed this fast track protect over 12 weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Finishes included an array of special ordered wall and floor tiles from Europe, installation of 5 different custom wall coverings, which included installing at the Cafe interior walls and ceilings, all new MEP + Sprinkler systems, low voltage, lighting controls, AV, kitchen equipment, Bohemian mirrors at the rear bar and columns, and custom wood wall-paneling and built-in millwork, which was finished off by hand painted antiquing. TEEL also renovated 3 existing, ground level restrooms at the rear of the Cafe and renovated the adjacent service corridor to allow public access to the restrooms from the Cafe. TEEL was accompanied by JN + A Architects and Swatchroom, as the interior design, along with other specialty design consultants, trade partners and vendors to complete this uniquely designed space.
