TEEL proudly added another PNC branch to our portfolio, part of the many branches we’ve built over the years. This particular project involved transforming a previous retail space into a modern banking facility.

With high ceilings and glass office fronts, we made sure to bring in plenty of natural light to create an inviting atmosphere. Emphasizing sustainability, we used eco-friendly materials and implemented thoughtful mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design, aligning with PNC’s commitment to being a leader in LEED construction.
