Core Principles
Client Satisfaction
Provide an excellent client experience and help our clients achieve their goals by meeting our commitments through fair treatment, effective communication and a quality finished product.
The Platinum Rule
Understand and anticipate what motivates people – do unto others as they would have you do unto them. Treat all company shareholders – clients, trade partners, suppliers, fellow employees – fairly at all times.
Effective Communication
Our ability to effectively communicate with shareholders is essential to successful projects. Be honest, forthright and timely with our communication. Be sure to follow through on our commitments.
Quality
Strive to deliver quality projects with zero punch list; pay attention to detail from day 1. Quickly and decisively correct any problems or deficiencies and honor any warranty items that arise.
Safety
Invest in employee training and equipment to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct safety audits and immediately correct any violations. Maintain .85 or lower Experience Modification Rate (EMR) to keep our team, our trade partners and the public safe.
Forward Thinking
Look beyond the current economic and industry environments to secure opportunities that align with the company’s growth and long term operation. Our ability to innovate is a key driver to our success and greatness.
Financial Stability
Bid and negotiate profitable work with credit-worthy clients which contribute positively to the company’s bottom line. Continue to meet our financial commitments to our vendors and lead the industry with favorable payment terms to benefit our trade partners and suppliers while maintaining a strong relationship with our bonding company. Being profitable makes everything above possible.
Client Testimonial
Your team is thorough and gets us what we need when we ask, which is less common today than it should be. I appreciate your leadership and your diligent attention.
