Lidl – Washington, DC

TEEL proudly completed the first ever LIDL store in the District of Columbia, adding to our track record of successful projects with LIDL over the years. This grocery store was built from the ground up on an old Metro staging site.

Getting the foundation right for the 30,000-square-foot building involved a lot of sitework. Inside, we went for a sleek look with polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings, creating a modern space for LIDL to sell groceries to the local community.

Our whole team put in a serious effort to make sure this store would be top-notch. We even snagged a LEED GOLD certification! It’s a testament to our dedication to quality and sustainability.
