The scope of the work included high-end finishes, furnishing and installing European hexagon wall tile, refinishing existing bamboo wood flooring, and level 5 finish on all new walls.

This project is located in the historic Willard Office Building at 14th and Pennsylvania in Washington, DC. This building is owned and operated by Carr Properties in which TEEL was able to secure other new projects.
