Southgate Shopping Center

Built on an 80,000 square foot lot in 1960, TEEL completed the comprehensive renovation of Southgate Shopping Center including a façade renovation, roof replacement, new electrical services, HVAC units and interior white box work with two tenant build-outs.

Together with the owner and architect, TEEL accomplished raising the façade for increased visibility of the shopping center along with creating contemporary lines by removing the brick and shingle material, adding brand new framing, EIFS and paint and incorporating the modern architectural detail finishes by Butz-Wilbern Architects. The before and after construction photos capture the building’s considerable exterior upgrades.
