TEEL’s relocation to Fairfax, VA provided additional space for our team’s continued innovation and growth. Phase I of the relocation encompassed the interior fit out of the company’s new headquarters. Phase II brought the renovation outdoors with a new façade. Working closely with Cowie Associates and the City of Fairfax’s Board of Architectural Review, the team met rigorous historical district design criteria.
